Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Alfora Tech Private Limited, which operates Alforaa ("Alforaa", "we", "us"). They govern your use of www.alforaa.com and any related pages (the "Website").
If you use the Website on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Website.
Using the website
You may use the Website to learn about Alforaa, request a demo, apply to work with us and contact our team. You agree not to:
- use the Website in a way that breaks any law or harms anyone,
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users' data,
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or overload or disrupt the Website,
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means without our written permission,
- send false information, spam or another person's details without their permission, or
- use the Website to build a competing product or service.
Enquiries and demos
Sending an enquiry or booking a demo doesn't create any obligation for you or for us. Plans, prices and timelines we share before a signed agreement are estimates for discussion.
Please make sure the information you send is accurate and that you're entitled to share it.
Programs and school agreements
Skill Hubs, full-time mentors, kits, competitions and the Alforaa Intelligence app are provided to schools under a separate written agreement. That agreement, not these Terms, governs the services, fees, data protection and responsibilities of each side.
Descriptions, photos, statistics and examples on the Website show what our programs typically include. The exact setup for each school is agreed in its own plan.
Intellectual property
The Website and everything on it, including text, designs, graphics, photos, videos, animations, code, the Alforaa name and logo, and our characters (Izzie, Arix, Ray, Neo and Nia), belong to Alforaa or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, with credit to Alforaa. You may not copy, adapt, sell or otherwise use our content or trademarks without our written permission.
What you send us
You keep ownership of what you send us. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas or suggestions about our programs, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
Links to other sites
The Website may link to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp, maps or video platforms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer
We work hard to keep the Website accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the Website is professional, educational or legal advice for your particular situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Alforaa isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Website is limited to INR 10,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
If you misuse the Website or break these Terms, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs this causes us, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you use the Website from the United Arab Emirates or another country, you keep any protections that the mandatory laws of that country give you.
General
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the Website after a change means you accept the new Terms.
